📍 Location
The room is located in Breda, in a convenient area close to the train station and within short distance of educational institutions/universities. Shops, public transport and other daily amenities are nearby.
House and atmosphere
We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a quiet and pleasant household and who treats the house, the furniture, the inventory and the other residents with respect.
Room and facilities
The room is rented furnished. The use of the furniture and inventory in the room is included in the rent.
The other facilities, such as the kitchen, bathroom and toilet, are shared with the other residents.

💶 Rent and conditions
The total all-in rent is €585 per month.
This price includes:
• Gas, water and electricity
• Wifi
• Use of the furniture and inventory in the room
A security deposit of 2 months’ rent applies.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a tidy, quiet student who is seriously focused on their studies at an MBO, HBO or university-level educational institution. Proof of enrolment at an educational institution is required.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Registration with the municipality is possible.
We prefer a mature and flexible person who uses energy responsibly and is conscious of the use of shared facilities.

A viewing moment is scheduled on Tuesday 19 th of May 2026 between 18:30 and 21:30.
