About the place

A spacious double room at this friendly student house at Geertshof in Breda becomes available from June 1st. A lovely place to live: the house is well-insulated, quietly located and just a stone's throw from the universities of applied sciences.

The room consists of two separate spaces: a spacious main room of 14 m² with its own private balcony (3.5 m²), plus a smaller 5.7 m² room. That second room can be used flexibly — as a study, walk-in closet, sleeping nook or extra lounge area.

About the house
You'll be living with three housemates: two women and one man, all studying at one of the universities of applied sciences in Breda. A friendly group, with respect for each other's space.

Location
Quietly located, just a stone's throw from the universities of applied sciences in Breda. You can cycle to campus in a few minutes, and the city centre is easy to reach too.

- Base rent: € 505 per month
- Service costs: € 105 per month (gas, water and electricity included)
- Total: € 610 per month
