About the place

The house is located approximately a 10-minute bike ride from the city centre of Breda and the well-known universities of applied sciences. A small shopping centre is also located less than a 10-minute walk away, including a Jumbo supermarket, Lidl and Kruidvat.

The house has 5 rooms, which are rented to students or young professionals. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry room, garden and storage shed with 4 other residents. The shared areas are modern, spacious and well maintained.

The room is available for €660 per month, including internet and an advance payment for gas, water and electricity (G/W/E).

The rental period is 1 year, with the possibility of extending the agreement by mutual consent. Please note that, due to a possible future sale of the property, we do not offer an open-ended rental agreement.
