Are you looking for a spacious room in one of Breda's most beautiful neighborhoods? A room is becoming available on the Baronielaan. The area is safe, green, and just a short bike ride away from the city center and the universities (Avans/BUas).

About the room
The room measures 17m² and is efficiently designed to maximize living space:
• Private roof terrace: Your own outdoor space to enjoy during the warmer months.
• Loft bed: The room features a built-in loft bed (hoogslaper), leaving plenty of floor space.
• Amenities: Includes its own sink and two built-in wardrobes for storage.
• Comfort: The room has double glazing (energy label C), which helps with both insulation and noise reduction.

The house and roommates
You will be sharing the house with 9 other roommates. It is a mixed and diverse group consisting of both Dutch and international students. The atmosphere is social and open-minded, though the size of the house allows for plenty of privacy and focus on your studies.

Location
The Baronielaan is known for its characteristic architecture and central location. It’s perfectly situated between the city center’s shops and nightlife, and the nature of the Mastbos.
