About the place

Our house is located in a friendly residential neighborhood with great neighbors you can always count on.

✨ The location is ideal:

10 minutes by bike to the train station

3 minutes by bike to a small shopping center with a Jumbo supermarket and snack bar (perfect for a quick bite 😉).

🔑 About the house:
The house is partly furnished and equipped, so you hardly need to bring anything yourself.

Kitchen: gas stove with oven, fridge with 3 freezer drawers, fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.

Bathroom: shared walk-in shower with glass walls. There is also a separate toilet.

Other facilities: washing machine, drying rack, ironing board + iron. On the landing you’ll also find a shared balcony with a table and chairs.

Utilities (gas, water, electricity, digital TV, and internet) are included in the rent.

🛏 The room:
The room (20 m²) is located upstairs and comes furnished with a single bed with a good mattress and several storage cabinets.

In short: you can move in right away! 🎉
