This very pleasant and light 40 m2 room is situated in a well maintained and nice home located in a very quiet area close to the forest. (3 minutes walk)
The room is furnished and carpeted and is situated in the attic (2nd floor) with a waterbasin, a fridge and a micro wave. Very private.
The friendly owner and her nephew live here as well (basement and first floor).
We share the bathroom, w.c.’s and the kitchen. 
The use of a washing machine is available.
There is a storage available for a bicycle in the shed.
There is a lovely well maintained sunny garden.
The train and the bus station are in reach within a 7 minutes walk.
The train to Utrecht C.S. lasts 10 minutes.
The bus to the Science Park takes 20 minutes.
