About the place

A spacious room (12qm) is becoming available in a bright and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Bilthoven. I am looking for a female housemate (approximately 20–30 years old) who is working, considerate, clean, and enjoys a peaceful home environment.

- Furniture can be included if desired, but renting unfurnished is also possible 

About the household 
You will be sharing the apartment with one female roommate (25, PhD student, English and German speaking). I enjoy to cook, bake and be outdoors in my free time. The atmosphere at home is friendly, respectful, and generally quiet. It is a great place for someone who appreciates a clean and relaxed living environment.
