Apartment with balcony, close to Beverhof shopping center and Beverwijk train station.

Furnished, but unfurnished/partly furnished is also possible (by arrangement).

I am a calm 39-year-old man, working full-time. I do not use alcohol, tobacco, or drugs.

I am looking for a quiet roommate with good social and communication skills, to ensure a pleasant living situation.

Unfortunately, not suitable for pets, children, couples, or groups of friends.
