Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a calm, social, tidy, and flexible person who values a clean home. Someone who doesn’t smoke, doesn’t use drugs, and doesn’t drink excessively.

If you value your privacy, we’ll probably be a good match — but I also appreciate the occasional friendly chat or shared coffee.

The room is available for temporary rental, but a longer stay can be discussed.
We’ll be sharing a 74m² furnished apartment on the first floor, with a balcony and wifi.
The room comes with a new bed, desk, nightstand, and chair (all purchased in November 2024).
