- Use of the living room (e.g., for a board game night with friends) is possible in consultation.
- Not a busy student house, but a quiet, peaceful place to live.
- Female housemate (twenties) + 2 cats
- Bus stop and supermarkets about a 3-minute walk away. Train station Best about 6 minutes by bike. Eindhoven Centre or TU/e about 35 minutes by bike.
- Renting for maximum 1 year.
- €600 per month, including gas, water, electricity & Wi-Fi.
- The deposit equals 1 month's rent (€600).
- Smoking/drugs prohibited.
- No pets allowed due to the owner's cats.
- Registration at the address is no problem.
- The house used to be a fixer upper. Everything is fully functional, but it might not look perfect yet. Your room is completely ready.
