About the place

The entire property is half of a farmhouse on the outskirts of Best. There is a room available in that building. It is a well-insulated high room (25 years ago) in which a loft bed has been installed with a surface area of 2 by 1.40. As a result, the floor space of 12m2 can be used in its entirety as living space/study space. One of the short sides of the room consists almost entirely of a window and on one of the long sides is a window of 1 by 2 meters. This allows a lot of daylight to enter. Access to the room is through a shared shared back door and hallway. Immediately next to the room is a own shower room of 1.60 to 1.20 that can be used, plus a sink with hot and cold water. In the room is a refridgerator and a microwave. In the room are also a large cupboard, a sofa, al roombroad desk with a office chair. There is a shared shed where a bicycle can be stored. In the hall opposite the room is a private toilet (only to share with visitors of the owner.
