a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and dresser.
The room is also equipped with fixed air conditioning, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and a microwave.
In the attic you can use the washing machine and dryer.
Sanitary facilities are shared.
The house is 7 minutes by bike from Berkel Westpolder metro stop (RET metro line E). 
From the metro stop (public transport) reach in 13 min Rotterdam Centraal station. 
From the metro stop (public transport) reach in 25 min Den Haag Centraal or the TU Delft.
