About the place

Geen zelfstandige woonruimte. Alleen toegang en gebruik voorzieningen voor huurster. Kamer en keuken altijd schoon en opgeruimd, ander direct opzegging huur. Hoofdbewoners en andere huursters zijn na 22.30 uur stil  in huis. Strikte naleving huisregels die opvraagbaar zijn. Zondagsrust eerbiedigen.

No private living space. Tenant has access to and use of the facilities only. The room and kitchen must always be clean and tidy; failure to do so will result in immediate termination of the lease. Primary residents and other tenants must be quiet in the house after 10:30 p.m. Strict adherence to the house rules, which are available upon request. Respect Sunday rest.
