About the place

We are letting out rooms in our private home. It is not self-contained accommodation and is certainly not a student house. Our private life must not be disturbed. The kitchen is for residents’ use only; no guests are permitted. There is room for a female student. 
There are two female students who value absolute peace and quiet and have therefore chosen our home. Rooms and kitchenette must always be clean, dust-free, grease-free and tidy. There are house rules regarding behaviour within the property and its use.  After 10.30 pm, the house must be quiet.
Shops and a bus stop are within walking distance; the property is of a high standard.
The attic room has air conditioning. Please respect Sunday rest.
