About the place

The room is not a self-contained living space. For use by the tenant only. A room in a house where the couple also lives, along with two other students. The tenant must maintain and keep all facilities tidy and clean, and must fit into the existing culture.  Selection is strict in this regard. After 10:30 p.m., a good night's sleep is guaranteed for all residents. House rules available on request. Sunday rest is important. Good public transport connections to Rotterdam and The Hague. Bus stop within walking distance. Rental period negotiable.
