**Furnished room for a non-smoking female student or young professional – Beneden-Leeuwen – available from end of August / beginning of September 2026**

A neat furnished room will become available in my home in **Beneden-Leeuwen** for the new academic year.

I am preferably looking for a **calm, tidy, non-smoking female tenant**, approximately **20 to 40 years old**, for example a student studying in **Nijmegen** or a young working professional.

My sweet dog **Jack**, a Jack Russell, also lives in the house. That is why I am looking for someone who genuinely likes dogs and who feels comfortable living in a home where there is also **care and attention for Jack**.
