About the place

Due to circumstances surrounding my clinical rotations, I will have to sublet my room asap between 21-08-2026 and 30-11-2026, for a total period of 3 months and 1 week. The date for visitation is 21-08-2026 at 13.30. Please respond only if you are available at this time! If the room and house are to your liking, we can sign a contract and do the key transfer immediately.

This 18 m² room is located in Bemelen, a small village 15-20 minutes away from the FHML, FPN, and FSE faculties of UM. You are situated in the middle of nature, and the house is attached to a grocery store. There is also a bus connection to Maastricht Station around the corner. 

This room is a good fit for you if:
- You are studying at a faculty close to the hospital (think Biomedical Sciences, Psychology, Engineering, etc.)
- You want a relaxed start to the academic year
- You like hiking in nature
- You like a spacious room
- You do not want to move a lot of furniture

I will leave my bed, desk, tables, chairs, closets, and other furniture in the room. I will take loose items (e.g. electronics, posters, etc.) with me so you can have a clean start. 

To finish off, here is a quick summary of all the available facilities:
- Kitchen: Electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, water cooker, microwave, dishwasher.
- Bathroom: Shower, heated towel rack, washer, dryer.
- Outside area with a place for bikes and an outside bench.
