About the place

I am a (working) student at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. I will be living elsewhere from mid-August until end of December, and am currently looking for a temporary housemate who wants to live with my 28-year-old housemate. 
The living area of ​​this single-family home is 120 m² and is shared between the two of you.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, stairs, front garden, and a southwest-facing back garden.
First floor: my bedroom, a shared bathroom and walk-in closet/dressing room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as my housemate's bedroom.
There is a big room in the attic with a desk and a single bed (with a dormer window). This is your bedroom.
