About the place

I am a (working) student at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. I will be living elsewhere from mid-August until early December, and am currently looking for a temporary housemate who wants to live with my 28-year-old housemate. So, you will be moving into my bedroom.

All my belongings and clothes (in the dressing room) will be cleared away.

The living area of ​​this single-family home is 120 m² and is shared between the two of us.

Ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, stair cupboard, front garden, and a southwest-facing back garden.

First floor: your bedroom measuring 2.50 x 4 meters, and a shared bathroom and walk-in closet/dressing room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as my housemate's bedroom.

There is a desk and a single bed in the attic (with a dormer window).
