Available soon: a neat lower-ground-floor room in a well-maintained property on Brinkstraat in Baarn. The property was renovated approximately four years ago and is located in a very convenient and pleasant area in the centre of Baarn.

The room is situated in the souterrain/lower-ground floor. Important to know in advance: the ceiling is lower than on a normal residential floor. For someone who does not mind this, it is a very complete and comfortable room with a lot of privacy.

The room will be delivered unfurnished, but it does include a floor and a private kitchenette. The kitchenette is approximately 120 cm wide and includes a 2-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, sink, and hot and cold water. The room also has enough power sockets, internet in the building, a private intercom, and its own heating with an individual thermostat.

A major advantage of this room is that it has its own private shower and toilet. These are located in the shared hallway, but they are exclusively for the tenant of this room and are not shared with the other residents.

The house is shared with five other tenants. On the first floor, there are three female residents aged approximately 20 to 25. On the ground floor, there are two male residents aged around 25. This room is the only room located in the lower-ground floor, giving you a more private and quiet living space within the house.

The property is located behind a complex, so you are not directly on the street. This makes the house relatively quiet, while still being close to shops, public transport and other facilities in Baarn.
