- Assen city - 7 min walk to the train station of Assen, 17 min train to Groningen.
- Next to shops, park, fresh market, supermarket, museum, restaurants. 

Price: 460 euro per month per room.  - 200 euro deposit ( you get back when the room is clean and undamaged)
The rooms have a bed, but you need to bring your own linnen and blanket. 
We prefer someone to rent a room from today until t he end of August, but renting other time period is also possible.

If you need something temporary to look for permanent housing this can be an option.

We prefer a female student, or female students, or for example 1 female student and the other room her parents. 

In the house there is 1 female student living.
