As of January 1, 2026, a furnished (student) room of 19 m² will become available at Groningerstraat, equipped with its own sink. The room is part of a well-maintained and tidy building with a total of 5 rooms. Recently extensively renovated and completely made sustainable to an A++ label, resulting in low energy costs.

About the room and the house:

Area: 19 m²

Upholstered (floor, curtains, lighting)

Shared kitchen, bathroom, and two toilets, in good condition.

Washing machine and dryer available.

Good Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Space behind the house to relax and park bicycles. The containers are here too. Recently renovated.

Parking is available right in front of the door (but with a permit).

The house is shared with 4 other residents across 2 floors.

I have a video of the shared spaces in the house that I can send via the app if you are seriously interested.

Top location:

The center is within walking distance, the station is nearby, as are restaurants and shops. By train, it's a 15-minute ride to Groningen station.
