The room is located in a beautiful building in the Burgemeesterswijk and the Sonsbeekpark, station and center are nearby. The room is adjacent to the cozy kitchen and living space that is only shared with the tenant of the adjacent room, which is now also for rent. The same applies to the toilet room located just in the hallway next to it. The shower is located one floor higher and is shared with that floor.
