Looking to sublet my room in a two bedroom apartment (another room is gonna occupied by a student/working) with shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony. Only available for 7 months (February to August).  It is well located to  the city centre, bus stop,and supermarket in a calm locality. An ideal tenant should be working professional (student can be considered), neat, organised and peaceful. All prices and extra charges are included in the rent including washing machine.
