About the place

1930's huis; a room is available in Arnhem - 10m from HAN, 15m from Van Hall van Larenstein, 30m from Radboud in Nijmegen & 40m from Wageningen. Shared accommodation with owner. Room has clothing cupboard and clothing rack. Owner speaks Dutch & English and has an international background. 
You are female, (probably a first year) student, responsible, considerate and curious. Young ladies looking for a student house experience need not respond. This is a private home. 
I enjoy preparing and cooking meals; you dont mind pitching in and loading the dishwasher after dinner. Food is included in rental price. Hopefully you are up for the occasional games night, board games or cards. You do your own thing evenings, or sometimes we watch movies or enjoy a good discussion. Chores are part of the bargain- we share the space. A good sense of humor is deeply appreciated.
