About the place

This house is ideally located - 7 min from HAN, 15 minutes to central station. There are lots of parks in the neighborhood. A street where the neighbors know & greet each other. 

The house has a relatively new kitchen (5 years old). There's a large rooftop terrace for dinners outside on warm summer evenings. 
Bathroom is going to be renovated this coming autumn. The house is completely double glazed.
