Furnished room in Arnhem city centre – temporary stay

Available from 16 December 2026 for 1.5 months, with the possibility of extending the rental until 31 March 2027 at the latest, if we get along well.

The furnished 13 m² room is suitable for one working professional or intern only. It is not suitable for students (even those with a part-time job) or unemployed people.

The room and apartment

Central location, 10 minutes’ walk from Arnhem Central Station and 1 minute from Velperplein bus station.

Furnished room with bed, desk, wardrobe and seating area.

Shared kitchen, bathroom with second toilet; the living room is private and not shared.

Clean towels and extra bed linen provided.

All-inclusive rent: €895 per month, plus a security deposit of €895. No additional costs.

A cleaner comes every two weeks.

You’ll share the apartment only with me and my friendly cat.

House rules and lifestyle

This is a clean, peaceful home, not a student house. No smoking, drugs, parties or excessive alcohol consumption. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. You’re expected to keep shared spaces tidy and respect your housemate and neighbours.

I’m a 50-year-old working woman who often works from home. I enjoy socialising outside the home but also value privacy and a quiet environment. I try to live sustainably and eat plant-based food.

Who I’m looking for

A mature, friendly, tidy and considerate person who doesn’t smoke, loves cats,  who's willing to eat vegetarian or vegan in the house and appreciates a clean, quiet home.
