About the place

We’ll soon have a room available in our shared house right in the city center of Arnhem. The room is approximately 11 m², and you’ll be sharing the house with three other housemates.

The house has everything you need and more: a large shared living room for hanging out, having dinner or drinks together, a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and a large rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

The bedroom itself is unfurnished (with flooring/finishing included), giving you plenty of space to make it your own with your own furniture. If you'd like, the foldable bed (which can also be used as a sofa) can be taken over free of charge.

The room will be available from August 1st (possibly slightly earlier upon agreement).

We’re preferably looking for someone around 20–27 years old, but we’re not too strict about that — a good match matters more to us.

The viewing will take place on Tuesday, July 7th at 6:30 PM. Please only respond if you are available to attend at that time.
