About the place

Temporary room available in Malburgen West in Arnhem.

This furnished room is 5.3 m x 3 m and is spacious, quiet, and private, with windows overlooking a nice green view. The air is clean and the temperature stays cool both day and night. In the afternoon and evening you can sit in the sun and enjoy it.

You share an 85 square meter apartment with me. We cook on gas and have an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The entire apartment is well equipped with all facilities. There is one shared bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet.

We have a balcony at the front and the back. This is a safe neighborhood and you can park your bicycle securely. The location and connections to Arnhem city center are very good: the bus stop is a few minutes’ walk away and in about 7 minutes by bike you reach Kronenburg shopping center with an Albert Heijn XL, as well as Jumbo and Aldi. At the same distance is also the Rijnhal with a bouldering and climbing hall, as well as the Grote Koppel swimming pool. Basic Fit and SportCity gyms are also nearby. Arnhem Central Station is about 10 minutes by bike.

Mattress and basic furniture are included, but can be removed if desired. Bedding can optionally also be included. The price includes internet, electricity, gas, and water.

I am looking for someone reliable and stable, who keeps the place clean, does not break anything, and is calm and quiet. No drinking, no smoking, no parties, no pets. There is no gender preference and I prefer someone who keeps to themselves.

There may be an option to extend the rental period. There is flexibility regarding the rental period.
