Room available in Malburgen West in Arnhem for the month of May 2026. This furnished room is 5,3m x 3m and is spacious, quiet, and private, with windows that open onto a nice and green view. The air is clean and the temperature remains cool throughout the day and night. In the afternoon and evening, you can sit and enjoy the sun.

You share the apartment of 85 square metres with me. We cook with gas, have an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave. In fact, the whole apartment is well-equipped with all utilities. There is one shared bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. 

We have a balcony out front and out back. This is a safe area and you can park your bicycle safely. The location and connections to Arnhem city centre are very good: The bus stop is within a couple of minutes' walking distance, and with about 7 minutes cycling you are at Kronenburg shopping centre with an Albert Heijn XL as well as Jumbo and Aldi. At the same distance is also the Rijnhal with a bouldering and climbing hall, as well as the Grote Koppel swimming pool. The gyms Basic Fit and SportCity are also very close by. Arnhem Centraal is about 10 minutes away by bicycle.

Mattress and basic furnishings are included but can be removed if preferred. Bedsheets are optionally included as well. Price is including internet, electricity, gas, water.

I would like someone reliable and stable, who will keep the place clean, not break anything, and be quiet and calm. No drinking, no smoking, no parties, no pets. There is no preference on gender, and I prefer someone who will keep to themselves.

There may be the possibility for an extension of the rental period.
