About the place

One rooms in my cozy apartment will become available on 1 January 2026. In total, there will be three roommates living in the apartment.

The room (2 on photos) is about 11.5 m² and costs €500 excluding utilities, which comes to around €550 including. It is available from 1 January 2026 for about a year, with the possibility to extend. The deposit for this room is one month’s rent. 

The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor (no elevator). Both rooms have built-in closet space. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared between the three of us, and there is a shared balcony. Registration at the municipality is possible. 

The location is excellent: a three-minute walk to the bus stop and Jumbo supermarket, right next to the beautiful Angerenstein Park, and about a fifteen-minute bike ride to HAN University.

I’m looking for a female housemate aged 22 or older who is working or studying and appreciates a calm but friendly home. It’s not a party house, but I enjoy movie nights or having a coffee or a glass of wine together.
