About the place

I am looking for a temporary roommate for the months of June, July, and August for my clean and well-located apartment in Arnhem (Presikhaaf neighborhood), right across from the Presikhaaf shopping center.

You’ll have your own bedroom measuring approximately 3.25 m by 2.35 m, furnished with a bed and a closet (as shown in the photo). You’ll also have access to the entire apartment, including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything you need for a comfortable temporary stay is provided. The rent is €900 per month, including internet and other utilities. I will remain the primary tenant.

About me: I work full-time and have a set routine of work and exercise during the week. At home, I value a clean, quiet, and pleasant environment, and I hope we can create a nice living space together. I have some plants that I enjoy taking care of. On weekends, I’m often on my own or occasionally go to a party. I’m sociable, but I also respect everyone’s personal space.

This isn’t a student house, so I’m looking for someone who is tidy, independent, and easygoing—someone who enjoys living in a quiet, well-maintained home.
