About the place

We are looking for a new housemate! The room (shown in the first two photos) will be available from February 1.

It is an unfurnished room of 8 m2 with a flat ceiling. To give you an idea of how much space the room offers, I have added two photos of how a previous occupant had furnished the room (see photo 3+4). 

The room is located on the first floor of the house. We share the living room (see photo 5), dining room (see photo 6), kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is also a small backyard (with garden furniture) to park your bike and a shed for any extra stuff. We will add photos of the kitchen, bathroom, and garden.

We think it's important that we all keep everything tidy, and you'll need to participate in a cleaning schedule. We absolutely hate it when people leave messes in the common areas. 

The city center can be reached within +/- 10 minutes by bike. There is also a bus stop a 5-minute walk away, which will take you to Arnhem Central Station within 10 minutes. Velperpoort Station is an 8-minute walk away. There is also an Albert Heijn supermarket a 2-minute walk away.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed (unless it is a hamster, which might be negotiable). But you will not feel lonely if you love animals: the friendly neighbor's cat regularly stops by to say hello.

We are all friendly enough to say hello and have a quick chat, but we don't do activities together. If you are looking for game nights and cooking together, you won't find that here. The current residents are a mix of self-employed professionals and students of various ages (from 21 to 34).
