Two nice, bright rooms on the same floor in a student house, located on the border of Arnhem’s city centre and the famous Fashion Quarter "Modekwartier".

Two bright and pleasant rooms on the 3rd floor (street level + 2), featuring carpet/laminate flooring. The rooms come with private built-in storage cupboard on the same floor (lockable).

The house also offers a spacious and welcoming “gezellig…” common room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, and a washing machine.

In fact, all you really need to bring are your clothes, a bed, sofa, and a few pots and pans — then you can start enjoying your time in Arnhem.

You will be living in a well-maintained house, perfectly situated between the famous Fashion Quarter and the city centre.

Your housemates are students (mainly ArtEZ, HAN) aged 18–21. You'll be just a short walk from cafés and restaurants, cinemas, theatres, all the shops you could need, the central railway station, and —just to reassure your parents— close to all major ArtEZ and HAN locations.
