I am moving out of my room at the end of May and I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a nice shared apartment.

About the room:

Size: 11 m²
Bright room with a large window
Private sink in the room
Double glazing
The room is rented unfurnished, but I am selling my furniture (bed, wardrobe and other essentials), which can be taken over 

About the apartment:

You will share the apartment with 2 housemates
Fast internet
Bathroom
Separate bathroom and toilet
Spacious balcony accessible from the kitchen
Elevator in the building

Location:

Right next to HAN University
10 minutes by bike to the city center
Excellent public transport connections
Located next to the green Park Presikhaaf
Large modern shopping center just 1 minute walking distance

Details:

Rent includes gas, water, electricity and municipal taxes
Additional monthly costs for internet and washing machine: approx. €30
Deposit: 2 months rent
Minimum rental period: 12 months

Move-in:

From June 1st (or earlier in consultation)

Furniture:
The room is officially unfurnished, but I am offering my current furniture (bed, wardrobe, etc.) for takeover.

About you:
We are looking for a clean, respectful and responsible tenant who values a calm and tidy living environment.
