The apartment has a sunny living room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, oven/microwave, balcony and storage. Supermarkets, parks, gyms and Gelderlandplein are all nearby.

We’re looking for an extremely quiet, clean, independent and considerate working professional, ideally working full-time outside the home.
This is a friendly but independent household. We value privacy, silence and personal space, so it’s best suited to someone with their own social life and routine who prefers a calm home.
