About the place

Sublet for July in furnished room in Oud Zuid.

We currently have a room available, in a three bedroom flat located in Oud Zuid close to Vondelpark. 
The room will be furnished with a double bed and drawers, there is a large open plan living area and kitchen and the bathroom has a rain shower and bathtub.
The best part of the flat being the large rooftop terrace to enjoy the long summer evenings.

The flat is on the number two tram line, five minute walk to Vondelpark and 10 minute bike ride to station Zuid. 

My GF and I are looking for like-minded person or couple to join us for the month of July. We are two Kiwis working and living in Amsterdam for a few years now, one of us from Home and the other from the office every day.
Rent is 1250 for the month and for a couple would be 1650 which includes bills.
Wi-Fi, power and water.
Bond of €600 will be required and paid back at the end of the month.
Move in date is flexible as room is available from now till August 5th.
