– €1200 excl. utilities + €2650 deposit
– €11 wifi + €9 drying machine rental cost
– 🚿 Private shower
– 🚽 Shared toilet, 🍳 kitchen, and 🛋️ living room
– 🧺 Washing machine, drying machine, and dishwasher 
– 🗄️ Small storage room inside the apartment + large storage room outside the apartment
– 📍 Located in Bos en Lommer, with registration
– 🆕 Fully renovated in February 2025 — you’ll be the second person to live here

📅 Move-in date:
Anytime in December (earliest Dec 15th).
January is also possible if needed.

Someone who enjoys a peaceful, tidy home.
Non-smoker, substance-free, and not into heavy partying.
A grounded, mindful woman who uses common sense and logical thinking in daily life, respects shared spaces, and keeps things clean. 🌙

My current flatmate is selling all her furniture (bed, wardrobe, table, bedside table, lamps, mirror, etc.). for 800 eu. Everything was bought new ~6 months ago, and she’s open to discussing the price.

I’m a 34-year-old woman from Lithuania, living in Amsterdam for almost 10 years.
I work as an astrologer, color analysis consultant, and in horeca.
I live a conscious, healthy lifestyle, don’t smoke, and eat vegetarian.
Half of the week I work from home, and the rest I’m out for work.
