I’m looking for a tidy and responsible woman, preferably in her late 20s–40s, who works late evening or night shifts so our schedules align. ✨

– 🧺 Washing machine, drying machine, and dishwasher included
– 🗄️ Small storage room inside the apartment + large storage room outside the apartment
– 📍 Located in Bos en Lommer, with registration
– 🆕 Fully renovated in February 2025 — you’ll be the second person to live here

📅 Move-in date:
Anytime in December (earliest Dec 1st).
January is also possible if needed.

🌸 What I’m looking for:
Someone who enjoys a peaceful, tidy home.
Non-smoker, substance-free, and not into heavy partying.
A grounded, mindful woman who uses common sense and logical thinking in daily life, respects shared spaces, and keeps things clean. 🌙

🪑 Furniture:
My current flatmate is selling all her furniture (bed, wardrobe, table, bedside table, lamps, mirror, etc.).
Everything was bought new ~6 months ago, and she’s open to discussing the price.

I’m a 34-year-old woman from Lithuania, living in Amsterdam for almost 10 years.
I work as an astrologer, color analysis consultant, and in horeca.
I live a conscious, healthy lifestyle, don’t smoke, and eat vegetarian.
Half of the week I work from home, and the rest I’m out for work.
I enjoy quiet living, studying, working on my projects, traveling, and exploring different cultures and philosophies. 🌍
