My name is Milad, and I’m looking for a new flatmate. I shared the apartment with my previous flatmate, Nika, for three years, but she recently moved to another city, so it’s time for a new chapter.

I work in IT and enjoy music, exploring the city, and staying active. My usual routine is working until around 5, heading to the gym, and spending my evenings playing music, cooking, or just relaxing at home. I’m a social person and enjoy a friendly atmosphere at home.

Ideally, you work in a hybrid setup and don’t work from home all the time. I’m quite flexible myself, but I usually work from the office.

For me, the most important things in a shared home are mutual respect, keeping the common areas clean and tidy, and respecting each other’s privacy. I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate, and easy to live with. No smokers, please!

The apartment is fully furnished, and the room comes with a bed, so you won’t need to bring much with you.

The room is initially available for around six weeks, with the possibility of extending the stay.
