About the place

A lovely, bright room on the sunny side of the house. It comes with a very comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a desk.
The home is 165 m² and located on the ground floor. The room itself is on the first floor, together with three other bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The rent includes gas, water, electricity, furniture, and the use of the kitchen and vacuum cleaner. The people living here are non-smokers who are calm, clean, tidy, and conscious about energy use. For that reason, I am looking for only a non-smoking person, preferably someone introverted who may be staying here for an internship and who works outside the home five days a week during regular working hours.
The neighbourhood is quiet, with shops only a 5-minute walk away. Bus lines 21 and 61 stop just 1 minute from the house, and tram line 13 is a 5-minute walk away.
