- 18-22 years old, FEMALE students only
- it's a student housing, so its not possible to complain about the noise/dirty kitchen/parties 
- can't be too sensitive to street/building noise
- only students, no working professionals (the condition is not suitable for someone who follows a certain routine at all!)
- love to socialize and love parties

- NO REGISTRATION
- 638/m for 1 person, all bills (yes, all) included. deposit is 1 month rent
- ⁠from April 15 until (no later than) Aug 10
- viewing upon request, moving in earlier is possible (if you don't mind living with some of my stuff)
- ⁠1 minute to waterlooplein station, 5 min walking to UvA R campus. AH / jumbo / krudivat
- ⁠shared kitchen and bathroom with 16 students
- ⁠better with someone who loves parties and easy-going
