APARTMENT: The Apartment is ideally located close to RAI, Zuid WTC, VU in the Buitenveldert area. It is a 100m2 top floor apartment with three bedrooms. It has good metro and tram connections and easy access to highway. There is a south facing balcony. The apartment is centrally heated, bright and spacious. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, Microwave-Oven-Grill, Shower, Bath, TV and Internet. The apartment is in a very quiet locality. It is served by Train Connections at RAI and WTC. It is close to Gelderlandplein shopping center.

A cleaner cleans the apartment every week and cleaning is included in the rent.

ROOM: The room is approx. 10m2 with a Double bed and beddings. It has plenty of wardrobe storage. For ONE Occupant rent is €1300/- . 

OCCUPANTS: I am a male and owner of the apartment. I travel for business so am at the apartment only for short period of times. The other tenant is a female and has been renting at the apartment for several years now.

DURATION: 6 months minimum to 2 years.

I am looking to share the apartment with a clean and tidy person who likes their privacy and respect other's privacy. The room is not for couples.
