About the place

The space includes a private kitchen with balcony and a separate private living/sleeping area. Only the bathroom is shared with one woman.

Conditions:

* €1,500 per month, all-in
* Minimum 6 months, possible extension
* For one person only, preferably female
* No couples or external guests
* No bed/mattress included
* No drugs, parties, or loud music
* Serious responses only
