About the place

A room is becoming available long-term, with registration available, in our super cozy apartment in West, right between Rembrandpark and Vondelpark (about 15 minutes bike from the centre). The apartment is spacious and fully furnished with a balcony, washing machine, TV, internet, dishwasher, cozy shower and a coffee machine too! There is also a possibility of taking the bed, wardrobe and all the accessories too. Tram 17 and 1 right next to the apartment (stop Corantijnstraat/Surinameplein) which go directly to centraal and Lelyaan. The rent is 1234 without utilities, and subject to an increase every year according to the housing index. A student with guarantor is allowed! I am currently 21, studying as well at the UvA, and looking for someone who also likes to cook and keep a tidy apartment :) The room is available from the 1st of July but another date can also be arranged! Viewings are possible online and in person :) A couple might also be possible!
