Hi there,

I offer you a beautifully renovated apartment, with your own private room, situated in one of the most attractive areas of Amsterdam: The Pijp! 

The appartment
The apartment is on the third floor and has a nice little balcony with flowers. The living room has a dining table, sofa-bed and a large kitchen, with a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, boiler, oven, coffee filter, pans, oil, herbs, etc.... This should make cooking at home lovely and easy to do.

Your private room is on the fifth floor and includes a separate toilet and kitchen. 

The apartment has a modern and clean bathroom, including a shower, toilet, hair dryer and mirror. At the entrance you can find a washing machine and dryer. 

Housemate
I have my own private room. Currently I am working for the municipality as a project developer specialised in the energy transition. I mainly work from home. In my free time I like to be in nature, read a book or catch up with a friend. Occasionally I am on a holiday. 

The surrounding Area
The street is quiet and peaceful, while the shopping street (Van Woustraat) and famous AlbertCuyp market are at a walking distance. The tram station, supermarkets, restaurants and snackbars are within 5 min walking distance. Centraal station is within 10 min biking distance.
