About the place

I’m looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible in a furnished 65m² house with a balcony near Jordaan. The room is 17m², fully furnished with a double-bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & chair. It’s a calm neighbourhood, 4-minute walk from tram stop 3. 

Rental period: 1-year contract, move in ASAP

Registration is possible.

The house will be shared with one roommate, me (F, 26), I work full-time at the office. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, clean and values a peaceful and calm household. Preferably someone who also has a full-time office job or a university student.
