About the place

I am offering a bright, furnished room in a spacious 2-bedroom (2BHK) apartment. The room comes with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light with a nice view of the surrounding trees.

You will be sharing the apartment with just me. The flat features:
- A very large and spacious shared living room.
- A fully equipped kitchen with access to an elevated balcony, offering great views of the neighborhood.
- A shared bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower setup.
- A convenient separate toilet.

Location:
- The apartment is located on Jan van Nijenrodeweg and is incredibly accessible.
- Transit: The closest stations are Amsterdam Zuid and RAI, within 10 mins in bike
- University: It is within easy walking distance to VU Amsterdam.

Financial Details & Contract
Rent: €1100 per month (excluding utilities).
Registration: It is NOT possible at this address.
Utilities: Basic service costs are included in the rent. Gas, water, and electricity will be billed based on actual usage.

Internet: Optional; if you would like to share the internet connection, it will be an additional €30 per month.

Deposit: 2 months' rent (€2200).
Contract length: Maximum 1-year contract initially, which can potentially be renewed upon discussion.
Move-in Date: Preferred check-in is August 23rd.


About Me:
I am a 25-year-old Master's student. I work as a part-time Software Engineer. I'm farily easy going and am someone who enjoys hanging out occasionally. I like travel and exploring newer ideas in general. I respect personal spaces but am also down to explore newer interests or places together. I’m looking for a flatmate who is respectful, tidy, and easy to get along with.
