About the place

I am looking for a subtenant for my room in a remodeled apartment on the van Mourik Broekmanstraat.

If you're a student coming to the Netherlands next year and need a base of operations to get set up during the summer, or if you want to experience the summer in Amsterdam, or simply need accomodation for a smaller period of time, this is the room for you! The room itself is about 9 square meters and comes fully furnished. The house is situated near a big park, a metro station, a gym and a few supermarkets. You will share the space with three other international male students.

Sublet Availability:
The room is available for a fixed period from August 16th to September 30th.

Room Details:
Room 2: 9m2 > EUR 775 per month (all inclusive), prorated for the sublet period.

Screening and Viewings:
The viewing and hospitality process is taken seriously to insure a good cohesion in the apartment. I will conduct an initial screening, and then a viewing can be arranged.

Our criteria are fair and simple:

Security deposit of 1 month of rent

Proof of steady income or funds

1 person per room, no pets.
