About the place

In our remodeled apartment on the van Mourik Broekmanstraat we have  1 room available. All furniture is brand new.

Room 2:  9m2  > EUR 775
(room prices all inclusive) 

You will be able to register yourself to apply for a bsn number, this will insure that you can work in the Netherlands and open a Dutch bank account 🏦

Screening and viewings:

We take the viewing and hospitality process serious to insure that there will be a good cohesion between the people who rent our rooms. First we do a screening, and then we send a invite to come to our viewing.

This is what we offer:

Initial period is 6 months with the option to extend and register 

Our criteria are fair and simple:

▪️ Steady income, working contract

▪️ 1 person per room, no pets
